Terms and Conditions

Charges are based by the day, including the day of arrival and the day of departure, this allows for essential cleaning and preparation of the rooms ready for our next guest. Prices include insurance, 24 hour security, vet on call and food. We serve wet or dry food, whatever you feed at home, to make sure that your cat's normal diet is not upset. We feed two main meals per day and in addition to this there will be munchies left down at all times to nibble at if wanted. Your cats will certainly receive plenty of 'TLC' during their stay. Any prescription diets to be provided by the owner. Should your cat(s) be receiving any medication whilst in our care, we will be happy to administer any treatment(s). Payment Terms - payment must be made on admittance, any further costs incurred during the stay must be paid for on collection. We can accept payment by either cash or cheque supported by a bank cheque guarantee card made payable to 'Moss Hall Farm Cattery'. Unfortunately we do not accept credit or debit cards. For booking over 7 days in duration, a deposit is required to secure the booking. Cancellations - In the event of a cancellation, we must be advised at least 28 days prior to the expected date of arrival otherwise full rates will apply. During your cat's stay, they will benefit from our insurance cover, please ask for details of cover. All cats visiting to Moss Hall Farm Cattery must have an up-to-date vaccination for feline influenza and feline enteritus. Please make sure you bring your vaccination certificate with you when booking in. We are unable to accept any cats without a valid certificate.
